Volunteers

We have hundreds of volunteers who donate thousands of hours to the MacKenzie annually. Join this wonderful group of community-spirited people and volunteer today!

The objectives of the MacKenzie Gallery Volunteers are:

To provide opportunities and programs that are consistent with the mission and objectives of the MacKenzie Art Gallery.
To operate a school/travelling art program to introduce and broaden the visual arts experience of children in elementary schools by presenting them with quality reproductions of works by master painters.
To provide opportunities for volunteers to take advantage of an enrichment program which focuses on the history, appreciation and enjoyment of art.
To work in cooperation and consultation with the Gallery Director and Staff.

Morning coffee is served in the Member’s Lounge at 9:15 (unless there is an out-of-gallery program). Meeting at 9:45 in the Shumiatcher Theatre (unless otherwise stated), program to follow.
