Large picture windows which line the south-west wall illuminate the room with natural light, offering a striking view of the pines and green space at the Gallery’s entrance. Our Salon is a long, light filled space with endless entertaining possibilities. It is ideal for weddings, corporate receptions, galas and more. There is an adjacent private kitchen with a commercial warming oven and walk-in cooler - perfect for your catering needs.
Capacity: 300 for a stand-up reception or 160 for a sit-down dinner.
Pricing
$450 per day during Gallery hours, which includes 50 chairs, 5 bistro tables, two rectangular tables & two large round tables set-up in your desired arrangement.
$600 per day during Gallery hours, which includes access to 20 large round tables, 300 chairs, 20 rectangular tables & 15 bistro tables set-up in your desired arrangement.
Please note:
Security charges will be incurred for events occurring after gallery hours: $50/hr for the main level, $75/hr for exhibition level. Rental rates are based on the total number of hours required for the event including set up and tear down time. Desired arrangements requiring set-up & tear down past six hours will be charged a Facility fee of $35/hour.
